The Curious Farmer
The aim of The Curious Farmer is to create really great tasting food, with the flavour starting in our fields. We focus on beef from our Shorthorn herd, which is grown slowly in the hills of County Tyrone on a diet of grass, grass and more grass.
We practise regenerative agriculture which puts an emphasis on soil health and restoring ecosystems. Our beef is aged and butchered in our farm butchery which we then sell as beef boxes or process into pies, sausage rolls and scotch eggs.
Our pie flavours include Pot Roast, Mince & Cheddar, All Day Breakfast and Steak & Stilton with chicken and vegetarian options also being available. The pies and sausage rolls are encased in a homemade buttery pastry and served with our very own smoked tomato ketchup.
